About Billy Silverhawk

Billy Silverhawk is the grandson of Amote,   a descendant of the Tsikamagi (dwelling place of the war chief district) of the  Aniamogayunyi (people of running water town community); also known as Aniyvwiya (Cherokee). He is a member of the Cherokee tribe of N.E. Alabama and belongs to the  ceremonial ground where he does Green Corn, Stomp Dances, touches Medicine, etc.

Billy practices the way of Amote who doctored medicine as a citizen of Utsudisudiyi ( Fish trap community).
As an Aniwodi (Paint clan) he makes medicine paint for his ceremonies. 

He holds a Doctor of Divinity degree and is an ordained minister.   Billy is a Naturapath and has earned his P.H.D in nutrition from the University of  Natural Health Sciences.
